Latvian Federation of Aikido (LAF), founded in June 1995, is the official representative of the Aikikai (Aikikai Foundation) in Latvia.
The aim of the LAF is study, development and popularization of Aikido.
Each year, the Latvian Aikido Federation organizes international seminars led by leading instructors of Hombu Dojo (World headquarters of Aikido in Tokyo).
LAF leaders are Alexander Osnach (6th dan Aikikai) and Vladimir Yusupzhanov (6th dan Aikikai).
